Job Overview
Hubbell is looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to drive the successful execution of projects within the IT Infrastructure function. The IT Infrastructure Program Manager is responsible for defining scope, establishing project plans, and driving the execution of strategic IT Infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on structured project delivery using industry standard methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, ITIL), ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and on-time/on-budget execution. The Program Manager will partner closely with IT Infrastructure technical leads, architects, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. You will also drive continuous services improvements to simplify projects and enhance delivery using lean and innovative thinking to advance IT Infrastructure programs. Your expertise in managing complex programs & projects, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure will be critical to the success of our organization. #LI-JT1 #hybrid A Day In The Life
