Description Floor Assembly Technician Hoffman Estates, IL $23.50/hour 1st Shift \| Monday-Friday \| 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Temp to Perm with 4-6 Month Conversion Are you experienced in mechanical or electrical assembly and looking to grow your career in advanced manufacturing? Responsibilities Assemble, integrate, and test electrical and mechanical subsystems Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using diagnostic equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and testing equipment Document test results and communicate findings with team members Identify and process non-conforming materials according to quality standards Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Why Apply?
