In this hands-on role, you'll perform technical testing, sample preparation, metrology inspections, and process monitoring while working closely with engineering teams to support customer demonstrations and internal development projects. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform technical tests, experiments, and process monitoring activities within R&D environments Prepare and process wafer samples including cleaving, coating, mounting, and assembly Operate processing and metrology equipment, including SEM and thin-film measurement tools Compile, analyze, and document test results to support engineering evaluations Assist with troubleshooting, tool performance verification, and general cleanroom operations Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE, cleanroom suits, or smocks 1+ year of experience with sample preparation, SEM imaging, microscopy, laboratory testing, or related technical work Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical training in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Materials Science, or a related field What Sets You Apart: Experience supporting semiconductor process development or R&D projects Experience with wafer metrology, thin-film measurement, or semiconductor inspection equipment Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records across web-based applications Experience providing guidance or support to junior technicians or operators Additional Information: After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
