PositionOverview

As the Engagement Coordinator, you will provide support for the Employee Engagement Team by collaborating internally with various departments and employees across the organization to strengthen connection, culture, and the overall employee experience, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant organization. Employee Engagement focuses on core initiatives and programs that bring teams together, reinforce shared values, and help our people perform at their best. This work plays a key role in maintaining and improving company culture, which supports talent retention and strengthens recruiting efforts. In this role, you will continue to build knowledge of industry best practices and engagement trends to help shape effective culture initiatives, explore engagement solutions, and contribute to a positive teammate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement, Culture + Events



  • Support company-wide employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Partner with internal teams and service line leaders to deliver scalable employee engagement, team-building, and connection-focused experiences that strengthen morale and collaboration.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices to continuously enhance employee engagement, culture, and overallemployeeexperience.
  • Gather employee feedback through surveys, conversations, and engagement touchpoints to better understand employee sentiment,identifytrends, and help shape culture and engagement strategies.
  • Assistwithemployeeengagementend of year eventsurveys by organizing distribution, analyzing feedback, visualizing trends, andhelpdevelop targeted action plans.
  • Lead office tours for new hiresto support a welcoming and connected employee experience.
  • Support employee engagement during key transitions, including new office launches, acquisitions, and onboarding integration, helping teams feel informed, welcomed, and connected to company culture.


Cross-FunctionalTeamCollaboration



  • Collaborate with Corporate Services teams to support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, outings, and offsite experiences that reinforce organizational values.
  • Support planning, coordination, and on-site execution of company-wide engagement initiatives and Employee Resource Group events, serving as a visible and reliable point of support.
  • Coordinate employee and client milestone celebrations, wellness initiatives, and recognition efforts that promote appreciation and well-being.
  • Partner with the Communications team to develop clear, engaging, and on-brand internal communications that promote engagement initiatives, events, wellness programs, benefits enrollment, employee resource groups, recognition efforts, and organizational updates.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns that help employees stay informed, connected, and engaged throughout the year. Partner with the Communications team to coordinate external award submissions by researching opportunities, managingtimelines,and gathering materials.
  • Maintain company communication platforms, including SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain digital photo assets by capturing event photography, organizing libraries, and ensuring ongoing quality and accessibility for communications, marketing, and awards.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by coordinating activities, promoting participation, gathering feedback, and helping strengthen connections across offices and teams.

  • Previousexperience inemployee engagement, event planningand /orcustomer servicepreferred
  • Interestin employee engagement, organizational culture, internal communications, and employee experience
  • Superior project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once, stay proactive, and follow through with accountability
  • Approaches work with ateamfirstmindset, takes ownership of outcomes, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful,highqualitywork

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteand Microsoft Teams
  • Experience withCanva,Sharepoint, and Workshoppreferred but notrequired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, engage employees, and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong written communication, editing,proofreading,and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of employee audiences
  • The ability tomaintaina high degree of confidentiality to protect sensitive information whenrequired

  • Work will primarily be in an office setting with limited opportunities to be exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
