Overview TRC is seeking a dynamic and experiencedField & Safety Coordinatorto coordinate and execute complex projects and program offerings, with a focus on field and technical operations. This position supports our Louisville Gas and Electric and Kentucky Utilities Income Qualified Solutions Program for single family and multifamily customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. This position will act as a liaison between our subcontractors and the internal program team to achieve the client's energy efficiency and decarbonization goals. They will help to ensure that program participants of single-family homeowners and multifamily residential dwellers have a positive experience with the program. The Coordinator will work closely with our implementation subcontractor, uphold safety laws, regulations and protocols, promote best practices for field operations, perform QA/QC for completed projects to ensure that the products were installed correctly and abide by program standards, and assist with product inventory management. They will perform technical project reviews and project scoping following the subcontractor's collection of field data to maximize the energy efficiency potential for Single Family program customers within the program guidelines. The position will ensure that all staff in the field undergo proper training and procedures and that all field staff are accountable for upholding safety in the field. The Coordinator will perform energy audits, conduct project scoping and coordinate product installations for the Multifamily program. They will maintain a high standard of data accuracy and integrity throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills to coordinate efforts between internal and external stakeholders to promote program success. They will have a strong understanding of residential building optimization and energy efficiency technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with income-qualified, hard-to-reach, disadvantaged communities, or affordable housing, and understand how to approach this community with sensitivity and respect. They will have a collaborative mentality and be able to work well with a cross-functional team to promote positive culture and ultimately achieve program goals. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
