Overview of Position:

The Heiser Automotive Group are seeking a driven, high-energy Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our automotive team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, team-focused professional who is comfortable engaging with customers across multiple communication channels while also supporting digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Lead Management
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messaging
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely, professional, and friendly communication
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultants and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Following up with unsold opportunities to drive engagement and conversion
Digital & Video Engagement
  • Create personalized video messages for customers to enhance their buying experience
  • Record walk-arounds, vehicle highlights, and thank-you videos to support sales efforts
  • Use video as a tool to build trust and improve customer connections
Social Media & Vehicle Marketing
  • Take high-quality photos of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Post inventory and promotional content across social media platforms
  • Assist in maintaining an engaging and consistent online presence for the dealership
  • Highlight vehicle features and specials to attract online shoppers

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in BDC, sales, or customer service (automotive preferred but not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Familiarity with social media marketing or content creation is a plus
