Analyst - Tenant Representation (Path to Brokerage) - Austin, TX

We are seeking an analytical, client-focused Financial Analyst to support our Austin Tenant Representation team. This role is designed for individuals who not only excel in financial analysis, but who are also interested in building a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage.

This position sits at the center of deal execution-working directly with brokers and clients to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and drive real estate decisions.

What You'll Do

Deal & Financial Analysis

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models including lease analyses, cash flow projections, and scenario/sensitivity analyses across deal structures
• Translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for brokers and clients
• Evaluate lease proposals, term sheets, and transaction structures to support negotiations

Client & Deal Support

• Partner closely with brokers to prepare pitches, presentations, and client deliverables
• Participate in strategy discussions and deal execution, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of tenant representation transactions
• Support new business pursuits through financial storytelling and market insights

Who You Are

• Analytical + personable - you're comfortable in Excel and in conversations
• Interested in a long-term path into commercial real estate brokerage (this is not a back-office role)
• Naturally curious, proactive, and team-oriented
• Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
• Energized by working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, or real estate analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Exposure to commercial real estate, brokerage, or leasing
