Work Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $23.45-$23.45/hr

Tessera is seeking and efficient and enthusiastic General Clerk III with a supportive attitude.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answers phone calls and schedules appointments for staff.

  • Responsible for preparing correspondence, reports and presentations.

  • Drops off, picks up, sorts and distributes mail.

  • Tracks, monitors, and purchases supplies for the administrative office.

  • Responsible for making travel arrangements for management team.

  • Communicates professionally and courteously with internal and external customers.

  • Maintains professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.

  • Conducts new hire orientation.

Qualifications:
  • Up to two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and on a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Ability to compile, research, format, and prepare necessary reports and project correspondence.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and strong mathematical skills.

Requirements:
  • A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
