We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: Telemetry Registered Nurse in Los Alamitos, CA.

Requirements:

  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • Required Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Feeding tube care and management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Mastectomy, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, PCA, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Heparin Protocols, Non-invasive airway management, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Substance Withdrawal, TURP, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Seizure disorders, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, TR Band, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac
