Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

LEVEL II

  • Estimated annual base pay: $114,000 (minimum) - $148,000 (midpoint) - $182,000 (maximum)

LEVEL III

  • Estimated annual base pay: $132,000(minimum) - $171,000(midpoint) - $211,000(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Product Technology Manager with a strong background in flight control actuation systems and hydraulic power management. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of aerospace systems and a proven ability to lead technology-driven product development efforts in this highly specialized field. A robust technical foundation and hands-on experience in aerospace applications are essential for success in this role. Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are key to driving innovation and ensuring the development of cutting-edge aerospace solutions.

LEVEL II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research Analysis: Conducts in-depth market research to identify customer product/technology needs, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Product Positioning Development: Develops and refines product positioning and messaging to effectively differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
  • Campaign Strategy Implementation: Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer recognition of differentiated value propositions and enhance market presence.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partners with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies that win results.
  • Develop proposals for new program opportunities at the product level. Application of existing technology or new technology development.

LEVEL III

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Crafts and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive new systems, product lines and offerings, product adoption and achieve market growth objectives.
  • Conduct Market Research: Performs in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform system-level product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead Product Launches: Coordinates cross functional teams to execute successful new product line introductions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Manage Product Positioning: Defines and refines value propositions and system-level messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target audiences.
  • Develop system level proposals for new program opportunities at the system level. Application of existing technology or new technology development.

  • Market Analysis: Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes for new product lines and offerings

  • Cross functional Leadership: Leads and collaborates with Cross-Departmental teams to ensure cohesive product marketing initiatives.
  • Data driven Decision Making: Utilizes advanced analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication: Effectively conveys complex marketing concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels including Executives
  • Project Management: Manages multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitors and analyzes competitor activities to inform strategic positioning and differentiation.
  • Customer Insights: Gathers and interprets customer feedback and behavior data to guide product marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management: Designs, implements, and evaluates integrated marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • Engineering degree
  • Flight Control Actuation Background
  • Hydraulic power management background
  • Strong Aerospace Experience
