Position Summary The Research Commercialization Programs Administrator administers the functional execution of the NYU Leslie Entrepreneurial Institute's research-to-market initiatives, most notably the Tech Venture Program. Facilitates the professional delivery of programs designed to transition intellectual property developed by NYU faculty, PhD students, postdocs, and research staff into commercial ventures. Orchestrates all phases of the program lifecycle, including the execution of application and selection processes, speaker and mentor engagement, and the implementation of founder onboarding and success frameworks. Supports members of the Institute team focused on engaging the founder community and connecting academic researchers with the Institute's entrepreneurial resources. In addition to program execution, manages functional workflow improvements and ensures the integrity of the Institute's data collection and reporting processes. While the primary focus is research commercialization, this position will also support student-facing programs and initiatives as needed to ensure the success of the Institute's mission. They will report directly to the Associate Director of the NYU Leslie Entrepreneurial Institute, and will work closely with all members of the Institute staff to ensure that core program objectives and their execution align with the Institute's standards and mission. This position requires in-office presence 5 days a week. Hours may extend into the evening to accommodate the dynamic operational needs of the Institute and its stakeholders. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,600.00 to USD $85,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
