Lead the Team That Keeps Manufacturing Moving
Dayton Parts is seeking an experienced Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Harrisburg manufacturing facility. This position serves as both a hands-on technical leader and maintenance expert responsible for equipment reliability, troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the operation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, 480V electrical systems, motor controls, and manufacturing equipment maintenance. Shift 3rd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM Compensation: Starting at $36.50/hour plus applicable shift differential Primary Duties

Qualifications
Education / Experience
Candidates must possess a technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent qualification in fields such as industrial maintenance, electrical engineering technology, or mechanical technology. Additionally, a minimum of five years' progressive experience in maintenance roles with demonstrable leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial context is essential. The US base rate for this full-time position is 36.5. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
