What You Bring (Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
  • Ability to learn multiple processes and work across departments.
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, transactions, work systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Onsite manufacturing environment with shift-based schedule.
  • Hands-on role with equipment operation and team collaboration.

Job Objective:

Support production operations by safely operating manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring quality and

production standards are met while adapting to varying daily assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per established SOPs and control plans.

  • Interpret work instructions, job routings, and production documentation.

  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Maintain accurate system transactions and production records.

  • Meet safety, quality, and production targets in a team-driven environment.

  • Identify issues and escalate or troubleshoot to support continuous production flow.

  • Cross-train and support multiple production areas as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Complete required training and certification to operate industrial machines as needed.
