Position Overview: This temporary position is located at the Community-University Health Care Center in Minneapolis, MN. Appointment Term: Up to 67 working days FTE: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week Number of openings: 1 Work hours/days: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays, 8:00am - 4:30pm Essential Functions / Duties/Responsibilities:
In the Laboratory Supplies Area, Order and maintain Phlebotomy Room and Specimen Collection Supplies. (10% FTE)
Communicates effectively with Laboratory Staff, Providers, Clinic staff and patients. (15% FTE)
Maintains quality of work by following CUHCC Laboratory Procedure Manual and Quality Assurance polices and procedures. (10% FTE)
Receives and processes specimens and uses a Laboratory centrifuge. (15% FTE)

This position requires a negative TB test, and a Hepatitis B vaccination.

Pay Range: Between $23.30/hr (step 1) - $24.19/hr (step 3); depending on education/qualifications/experience.
