Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. In this highly visible role, you will help create a welcoming presence, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and respond to site needs with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, managing access procedures, and supporting security-related operations for staff, patients, and visitors in a healthcare location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, and help direct guests, vendors, and/or contractors according to established protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate front desk records, visitor logs, and access documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support a professional front desk presence by answering phones, providing general assistance, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
