Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role will be hybrid at our newly built Spartanburg campus. This role will be focused on recruiting for Aerospace Production roles. Estimated annual base pay: Level 2: $72,000 - $110,000 Senior TA: $85,000-125,000 All Levels are eligible for the benefits below:
