The Business Operations Administrator serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders within the SC department, providing high level operational and administrative support. This position exercises independent judgment and discretion while managing complex calendars, coordinating executive level meetings, and overseeing logistics for internal and external engagements. The role is responsible for gathering and preparing sensitive information to support leaders and support in high impact discussions. It also develops and refines presentation materials, briefings, and documentation for senior management meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational priorities. REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing work, managing competing demands, and resolving scheduling and operational conflicts to support business objectives Evaluate administrative and operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across BMG and Sales functions Lead coordination of cross-functional activities across BMG, Sales, and other departments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. Develop, standardize, and maintain procedures for reporting, documentation, and office operations to improve accuracy and operational efficiency. Drive implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomes, making adjustments as needed to ensure effectiveness and sustainability Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely execution of business activities Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, including calendar management and logistics. Support preparation, consolidation, and distribution of departmental reports. Administrative and file management. Data management and reporting. Assist with set-up for various management meetings and corporate events (dinners, screenings, tours etc.). Maintain documentation and track action items for departmental activities. Organize and maintain SharePoint sites, including document structure, file management, and access control. Support implementation and maintenance of 5S standards within Business Management Group/ Sales office. Manage and monitor office supplies, including ordering and inventory control. Coordinates travel, expense management. May draft corporate requests or collect cost quotations. Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Management Group on a daily basis. Provide support to sales team and VP of department as needed including assisting with Sales meeting coordination and follow-ups. Arranging catering and meal support (lunch/dinner) for Sales and departmental meetings and events. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and task completion.
