As a PCT, you will provide life-saving care to our patients while enjoying a schedule that gives you more days off to balance your life.

Schedule & Location Details:

• Workweek: 3 days a week, 12-14 hour shifts.

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday with rotating Saturdays. You will always have Sundays off!

• Shift Times: Shifts generally start bright and early between 3:00 AM - 3:30 AM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Receive patients into the treatment area; weigh patients, take temperature and blood pressure pre- and post-dialysis.

• Monitoring & Safety: Perform and record vital signs and monitor patients continuously throughout their treatment to ensure their safety and comfort.

• Equipment Setup: Prepare, set up, and safely operate the dialysis machines and related equipment.

• Teamwork: Work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs), Dietitians, and Social Workers to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

• Relationship Building: Develop strong, caring relationships with patients who visit our clinic multiple times a week.

• Willing to Train: No prior healthcare experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive, paid training to get you fully certified and confident in your role.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Comfortable working in a clinical environment (including the sight of blood and needles).

• A team player who brings a positive, "All for One" attitude to the clinic floor.
