Visa will accept applications for this role until at least 06-30-2026Job Description We are seeking aSenior Director, eCommerce Strategy,to join our Global eCommerce and Digital Identity Strategy team. This senior leader will define and drive Visa global eCommerce strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives, owning the endtoend strategic agenda: from identifying new drivers of growth (e.g., underpenetrated verticals, identity) and shaping productlevel strategies (e.g., scaling Passkeys) across the authentication ecosystem, to partnering with regions to accelerate priority markets (e.g., wallets strategy in emerging markets). This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.Qualifications Basic Qualifications* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications * 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience * 15+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, payments, financial services, or technology, with at least 7 years in a senior strategy or program leadership role. * Deep expertise in eCommerce industry dynamics, including platform ecosystems, digital payments, merchant and issuer needs, and regulatory landscapes. * Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex strategic programs across global and matrixed organizations. * Strong product & business acumen. Experience partnering with product and technology teams to deliver market-leading solutions. * Highly analytical and data-driven. Able to synthesize complex information and drive actionable insights. * Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Dedicated team player, self-motivated with the ability to inspire and influence others across Visa. * Ability to build off others ideas, give credit to others but take responsibility when things go poorly. Share work product to help others succeed. * Ability to operate effectively across a matrixed organization (functions & geographies) to drive positive outcomes. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $207,600.00 to $ 332,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
