Within our Large and Middle Market Global Product team, we're designing, launching, and scaling the next generation of commercial payment products - including virtual cards, flexible interchange, and programmable payment constructs - that help financial institutions unlock massive new revenue streams and commercial clients modernize how they pay. This role is your chance to be at the center of it. As Senior Product Manager, Global B2B Strategic Initiatives, you'll own a portfolio of high-impact products and strategic workstreams that directly shape how billions of dollars in commercial spend flow through the Visa network. You'll scale products already gaining traction, partner with Visa's Strategy team on net-new offerings, and manage programs that give merchants and issuers the flexibility to capture previously uncarded B2B transactions. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
