Job Overview
We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead enterprise application architecture and integration initiatives for a fast-paced multi-unit organization. This role will focus on designing scalable enterprise solutions, driving integration strategy, and ensuring enterprise platforms align with long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and support enterprise solutions across Salesforce and integrated business applications
• Design APIs and middleware integrations using MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Drive DevOps standards, CI/CD processes, release governance, and environment management
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and enterprise application expansion initiatives
• Maintain architecture documentation, integration mappings, and deployment plans
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot system performance issues
  Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Systems Architecture
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture and integrations
• Expertise with MuleSoft, OIC, APIs, and middleware technologies
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
