This is a Hybrid role with a requirement of one day in office per week and can be based in Albany NY, Utica NY, or Syracuse NY locations. We are seeking a Process and Performance Reporting Analyst to support the Connections & Strategic Accounts teams in New York. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to build dashboards and reports that improve processes and enable data-driven decisions. You will monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary $75,000 - $88,000 a year National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
