Overview:

The Mentor - Project Management directs and oversees the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Functions & Responsibilities:

*Defines the organization's project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering projects.
*Establishes project teams and distributes the project workload.
*Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization.
*Sets and manages project expectations.
*Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.
*Completes work breakdown structure for the estimation of efforts needed for each task.
*Determines test results of project and completing post-project evaluations to determine the expected results.
*Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
* 2 years of eCW PM experience

Compensation:

Salary Range - $125,000 - $145,000 USD
