Facilities is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Construction Project Manager (Job Title: Facilities Engineering Project Manager) to join our team. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project meets scope, schedule, and cost requirements per DOE Orders and Sandia requirements. As the Sandia Delegated Representative, you will be responsible for leading a team of contract construction managers, provide work assignments, issue resolution, mentorship, and guidance for the program. Projects range from supplying utilities for new equipment, increasing energy efficiency and resiliency, renovating existing infrastructure, office, and laboratory space, to construction of new buildings on the approximately 400-acre site with one million square feet of space in Livermore, California.

$121,900 - $237,800 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential. Qualifications We Require

About Our Team
The Project and Construction Management Department is responsible for managing, executing, and inspecting all construction projects at the CA site. This includes modification of buildings, space, and infrastructure systems as well as the design and construction of new facilities to satisfy changing programmatic needs. The team also provides Sandia issued permits, escort support, and environmental & safety guidance through Facilities ES&H (FESH). Posting Duration
