Partnering with Aquent, we are supporting a globally recognized entertainment and consumer products company that shapes cultural trends and brings beloved stories to life for millions worldwide. This industry leader is at the forefront of innovative brand experiences, driving impact across various sectors.

Are you ready to make a significant impact on how iconic brands connect with audiences? We are seeking a visionary leader to drive marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the cultural footprint of highly anticipated collaborations and key brand moments across fashion, sport, entertainment, and lifestyle, transforming business priorities into compelling narratives that captivate and engage. You will be at the intersection of brand, commercial, and cultural storytelling, ensuring campaigns come to life in key markets and achieve significant brand relevance and business impact.

You will lead campaigns end-to-end, influencing senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities that elevate both brand relevance and business impact. This role offers the opportunity to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure best-in-class execution across all touchpoints, making a tangible difference in how consumers experience beloved brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development of key consumer product campaigns across various markets, owning strategy, positioning, and rollout under senior leadership.

* Manage primary and priority partner relationships with consumer product partners.

* Identify and define campaign "big ideas," ensuring they are culturally relevant, scalable, and differentiated in the market.

* Drive alignment on campaign direction with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

* Create clear direction, deliverables, and supportive processes for junior team members.

* Serve as a primary lead for key brand partners and campaign elements across internal teams.

* Lead communication and alignment across creative, communications, retail, and partner teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

* Build and manage senior-level relationships with key partners (e.g., brand collaborators, agencies, retail partners).

* Navigate complexity and resolve challenges proactively to keep campaigns moving forward at pace.

* Proactively identify white-space opportunities, new partnership ideas, and innovative marketing approaches.

* Bring a strong point of view on culture, fashion, and audience behavior, ensuring campaigns are both timely and forward-looking.

* Shape how consumer product marketing contributes to broader brand and business objectives, including revenue-driving moments and halo impact.

* Oversee campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent projects.

* Guide and mentor junior team members, providing direction, feedback, and support.

* Establish and refine processes, tools, and ways of working to improve team efficiency and clarity.

* Own key deliverables for leadership, including campaign narratives, presentations, and performance recaps.

**What Success Looks Like:**

* Campaigns are strategically sharp, culturally relevant, and flawlessly executed, with clear impact across brand and business.

* Strong, consistent alignment across teams, reducing friction and accelerating decision-making.

* Consumer product marketing is seen as a leader in culture-forward storytelling within the organization and by external partners.

* New opportunities, partnerships, and ideas are proactively identified and brought forward, not just executed.

* The team operates with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence, supported by strong leadership and direction.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, and execution, particularly within consumer products, fashion, sport, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.

* Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into compelling marketing strategies.

* Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing partner relationships and internal teams.

* A strategic thinker with a strong point of view on culture, fashion, and audience behavior.

* Experience in overseeing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

* Ability to proactively identify opportunities and resolve challenges.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.

* A track record of establishing and refining processes to improve team efficiency.
