What work will you perform? The Account Manager for Government Services is a highly analytical and mission-focused transportation professional who supports and expands transportation opportunities with government-direct and defense/aerospace industry customers. This role is responsible for evaluating customer transportation data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive load count and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who will collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to develop data-driven recommendations, present findings, and support complex transportation operations through analysis and on-site project management. This position plays a critical role in optimizing profit and loss, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning operational capabilities with government, contractor and vendor logistics requirements. The successful candidate holds a current secret security clearance or is a US Citizen who can pass a government background check to obtain a secret security clearance. This position requires travel.
