  • Lead complex root cause investigations using advanced structured problem-solving methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, fault tree analysis, statistical methods) where applicable, ensuring sustainable resolution of systemic issues.
  • Define and approve technically sound, compliant rework and salvage strategies, balancing quality, cost, and delivery considerations.
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data, identifying trends, systemic risks, and high-impact product/process improvement opportunities.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and validation of containment, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA), ensuring effectiveness and long-term process stability.
  • Establish and standardize technical documentation, including work instructions, engineering reports, and best practices, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a primary technical resource to production, proactively identifying risks, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring manufacturing readiness and robustness.
  • Prepare and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including cross-functional alignment, risk assessment, validation planning, and implementation of design, tooling, and process improvements.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering to resolve complex issues and optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce variation, improve yield, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to elevate team capability.
