As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality talent across a variety of functions, helping drive business results through effective full-cycle recruiting and strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has foundational recruiting expertise and is looking to further build their impact, working both independently and collaboratively to support hiring needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across assigned business areas Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide candidate recommendations Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, market insights, and talent availability Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows Support internship recruiting and activities as needed Participate in and support recruiting projects or initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of recruiting experience Demonstrated understanding of recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using an ATS (Workday experience preferred) Ability to be on-site in our Bloomington, MN Office 3x/week What Success Looks Like Consistently delivers against hiring goals and timelines Builds effective working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners Demonstrates sound judgment in candidate evaluation and selection Identifies opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness Operates independently with moderate guidance, while knowing when to seek support Why Donaldson Opportunity to support a global, mission-driven organization Exposure to diverse hiring across functions and geographies Collaborative team environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement Career growth within Talent Acquisition and broader HR Key Behaviors and Impact Works independently on moderately complex recruiting assignments Influences hiring decisions through insights and recommendations Contributes to team performance through process improvements and collaboration May support onboarding of new team members and provide informal guidance Annual Salary Range: $65,400-101,300. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
