Part-time positions are available for our after-school staff, whom we call our Educators! Locations: Hardin Intermediate, Daniel Intermediate, and Merrifield Elementary, located inside the Duncanville Schools. Start Date: August 2026 Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, after-school program, 2:45 pm to 6:30 pm (may vary slightly depending on location) Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED Pay Rates: $15 - $17 per hour (depending on years of experience and education in the related field) Required: High Diploma/GED Must be at least 18 years of age Six months of childcare experience in a group or school-type setting Available to work the part-time shift (listed above) Monday through Friday.
