The Investor Relations Analyst is a highly visible, analytically rigorous role that supports the Head of Investor Relations Officer in communicating the company's strategy, performance, and value proposition to the investment community. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communications and plays a critical role in earnings execution, investor engagement, market intelligence, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and capital markets expertise with exceptional presentation and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, public-company environment.

What you'll be working on...

Earnings & Financial Communications



  • Support the full quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings releases, scripts, presentations, Q&A materials, fact sheets, and shareholder communications.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing investor-facing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate strategy and disclosure requirements.
  • Maintain and update IR website content and supporting materials to ensure timely, transparent communication with investors and analysts.


Financial Modeling, Analysis & Market Intelligence



  • Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial and valuation models, incorporating internal forecasts, analyst estimates, and scenario analyses.
  • Analyze peer performance, valuation benchmarks, industry trends, macroeconomic indicators, and stock price movements to inform investor messaging and executive decision-making.
  • Monitor sell-side research, earnings calls, consensus estimates, and market sentiment; aggregate and synthesize insights for senior management and the Board of Directors.


Investor Engagement & Events



  • Assist in planning and executing earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor days, annual meetings, and other engagement activities.
  • Support investor targeting and engagement efforts by developing investor profiles, tracking meeting feedback, and maintaining detailed records in the IR database.
  • Manage inbound investor and analyst inquiries in a timely, professional manner


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support



  • Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Communications, and other internal teams to coordinate data collection, validate information, and ensure message consistency.
  • Support disclosure processes, including documentation of disclosed information and assistance with SEC filings as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as ESG communications, competitive positioning, and, where applicable, M&A-related analysis and communications.


Data, Systems & Administration



  • Maintain and enhance investor relations databases, capital markets intelligence systems, and benchmarking tools.
  • Track institutional ownership, sell-side coverage, and investor engagement metrics.
  • Provide analytical reports, feedback summaries, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.


Who you are...



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Five years' experience in Investor Relations, Finance or Accounting
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, public company financial reporting, valuation methodologies, and earnings processes.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IR platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with sound judgment.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion.
