Pay Rate: Up to $95/hour


Overview

Our Product, Design & Marketing team is seeking an experienced Content Design Producer to support both new and ongoing content design initiatives across a global digital services platform. This role will partner closely with designers, producers, operations, and external creative partners to help manage workflows, maintain project organization, and support high-impact creative production.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple concurrent priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project coordination for design teams across multiple creative initiatives
  • Schedule meetings, create agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items to completion
  • Monitor team resourcing and help ensure project assignments are accurately tracked and distributed
  • Support operations workflows including estimates, purchase orders, scopes of work, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with external production partners to manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and feedback cycles
  • Partner with design leads to maintain organized and up-to-date project files and assets
  • Assist with quality assurance checks and asset validation processes
  • Provide regular project status updates and proactively escalate risks, blockers, or timeline concerns
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, and operational teams

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Asset Manager, or similar role within a creative agency, production studio, or in-house creative organization
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating with external studios, vendors, and production partners
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows including illustration, motion, photography, and digital design
  • Experience supporting quality assurance and asset review processes preferred
  • Strong note-taking, task management, and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable using modern mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
