Distribution Center Supervisor - Warehouse Operations

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay up to $38.46/hour

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead warehouse and logistics operations within a fast-paced parts distribution center. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, driving productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting employee development across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions.

The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage teams while meeting operational KPIs and service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement
• Lead, coach, train, and develop distribution center employees and trainers
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow to ensure KPI and service level goals are achieved
• Conduct employee coaching, audits, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, housekeeping, and sanitation requirements
• Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts, inspections, and dealer return resolutions
• Support preventive maintenance programs and efficient equipment utilization
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and inventory controls
• Assist with budget planning, space utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to improve warehouse efficiency, quality, and operational performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations
• 1-3 years of distribution center or logistics experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Schedule

Hours may vary between 4:00 AM - 8:00 PM across multiple shifts. Minimal travel may be required.
