Supply Chain Analyst - Inventory Planning & Procurement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, forecasting, procurement, and supplier coordination for overseas and domestic parts suppliers. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, improving fill rates, reducing backorders, and supporting supply chain operations that directly impact customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast inventory needs and place purchase orders to maintain fill rate and inventory objectives
• Expedite supplier orders and resolve dealer backorders to improve customer service levels
• Coordinate new model parts planning and ensure inventory readiness during vehicle launches
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, and inventory trends
• Analyze inventory data and recommend improvements to supply planning processes
• Maintain accurate part master data, purchase order records, and reporting documentation
• Support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and ad-hoc supply chain analysis
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, or quantitative analysis
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools and databases preferred
• Experience with inventory forecasting and supply planning required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing business needs
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
• APICS or supply chain certifications are a plus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Minimal travel may be required.
