Position Summary The Salvation Army Northern Division Fargo Corps Social Services Manager provides supervision to social services staff and programs. The Manager is also responsible for providing emergency assistance and providing a full range of case management services to Pathway of Hope (POH) participants. POH is responsible for providing targeted services to participants with a desire to break the cycle of crisis and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty. $52,009 - $54,635 annually 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 304 Roberts St., Fargo, ND 58102 Essential Functions (approximate time spent)

Supervisory Responsibilities Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to the Social Services team of employees and volunteers. Make employment recommendations to Corps Officer. Driving/Travel Requirements Drive company car/van locally to support the mission. Rare out of town travel.
