Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Architect - ServiceNow to lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role works directly with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform architectures aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate combines deep ServiceNow expertise, strong architectural leadership, and a consultative mindset. Key Responsibilities Own and define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture Design and implement scalable, distributed applications across cloud and on-prem environments Lead architecture governance, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and risk controls Partner with stakeholders to analyze complex business challenges and present clear technical solutions Develop solution blueprints, effort estimates, and delivery strategies Drive proof of concepts (PoCs), testing strategies, and migration planning Ensure alignment across business and technical teams, maintaining compliance and architectural integrity Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust architectural designs Establish and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams Identify emerging technologies that can enhance platform capabilities and deliver business value Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including application and platform rationalization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field 8-10+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on solution architecture and application design 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and SME-level experience Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL processes, KPIs, and metrics) Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions Technical Expertise ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, SFTP MID Server Modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX Enterprise infrastructure and security: LDAP, SSO, SSL Core Competencies Strong customer-facing and consultative communication skills Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience working in cross-functional, high-performance environments Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3 or more ServiceNow product lines, including: Customer Service Management (CSM) Enterprise Architecture / APM Field Service Management (FSM) Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Business Continuity Management (BCM) Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs Background in platform modernization and strategy initiatives Why Join Atos Work on large-scale, high-impact digital transformation programs Collaborate with global teams and industry-leading experts Shape the future of AI-enabled enterprise platforms Grow your career in a high-visibility architecture leadership role Here at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
