Job Summary

The HR Coordinator supports HR Business Partners in delivering day-to-day human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. The position also supports HR compliance, policy application, and internal communications while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support HR Business Partners with daily HR operations and people-related activities.
  • Assist with recruitment processes for production and hourly workforce positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Support time and attendance tracking and collaborate with HR Services on payroll-related processes.
  • Assist in application and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and support policy interpretation under guidance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications efforts.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with company values, internal policies, and U.S. employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support administrative HR tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure smooth operations.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, onsite manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Work Experience



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or HR administration required.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
