The Center for the Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) in the School of Education and Human Development seeks a qualified Project Management Professional 1. The incumbent will become part of a vibrant team of faculty, students, and staff conducting research on teacher learning in both pre-service teacher education programs, as well as in professional development settings. Projects focus on teaching across content areas, but some have a particular focus on elementary mathematics teaching. This is a restricted position. Continuation past the initial 12-month appointment is dependent upon satisfactory performance and availability of funding. This position is available immediately. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience required. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications Significant preference will be given to those candidates who meet some or all preferred qualifications. Physical Demands: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Salary Range: The anticipated hiring range is $70,000-$73,000, commensurate with education and experience. Exemption Status: This is an exempt-level, benefited position.
