A Day in the Life

As a Real Estate Intern for the Americas, you will be an integral part of the team, reporting to the Head of Real Estate Americas. You will gain a 360 view of corporate real estate in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to projects across the United States, Canada, and LATAM.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Strategic Deployment: Support the deployment of L'Oreal's Real Estate, Workplace, and Sustainability policies across the Americas zone.
  • Portfolio & Project Management: Monitor the execution of real estate projects, manage the zone's portfolio, and perform compliance checks to ensure standards are met.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop financial business cases and prepare "stay vs. go" presentations to secure project approvals from senior management and financial directors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in competitive tenders, select real estate brokers, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, including legal teams, financial directors, architects, and landlords.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an agile and detail-oriented candidate with a strong team spirit who is ready to take on significant responsibilities.

You're a great match if you have:

  • An educational background of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A keen interest in finance, law, project management, and sustainable development.
  • Proficiency in English and a high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel.
  • Project Management: You can effectively plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve specific goals.
  • Financial Acumen: You understand financial principles and can apply them to make sound business decisions.
  • Negotiation: You are skilled in reaching agreements and creating value for all parties.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with diverse groups.
  • Data Driven: You leverage data to analyze performance and guide your decisions.
