Talogy is a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in talent strategy, employee selection, and developmental assessment. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to administer and proctor selection assessments and processes. This position is for a large manufacturing client in the Madison, AL area.

JOB PURPOSE

Administer hiring process steps and proctor assessments with a high degree of customer and quality focus. Maintain and help improve standardized hiring process conditions to meet customer needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*



  1. Learn and remain up to date with the selection and assessment processes and standards for all targeted positions.
  2. Maintain process and information security standards.
  3. Collaborate with client, Talogy support staff, and local team members to ensure process continuity.
  4. Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
  5. Able to answer hiring process related questions.
  6. Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
  7. Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
  8. Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
  9. Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
  10. Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
  11. Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
  12. Deliver status updates to client.
  13. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES



  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work well with others.
  3. Outstanding customer service.
  4. Takes ownership of doing whatever work needs to be done.
  5. Organized and able to multitask while maintaining a quality focus.
  6. Willingness to learn and apply new information.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive).
  8. Able to work with computers, mobile devices, apps, and similar technologies.


EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND



  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Education in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field, preferred.
