  • Banking Equipment Service Technician 1: Starting at $46,400 (0-1 years of similar or related experience)
  • Banking Equipment Service Technician 2: Starting at $56,000 (1-3 years of similar or related experience)
  • Banking Equipment Service Technician 3: Starting at $66,400 (3-5 years of similar or related experience)



Hours for this position:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM



Role

Ensures that all of the Credit Union's banking equipment is functioning properly and maintained in satisfactory condition, including but not limited to ATMs, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and drive-up systems.



Essential Functions & Responsibilities



  • Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Handles submitted work orders for maintenance on banking equipment
  • Schedules and conducts routine and preventive maintenance on banking equipment
  • Communicates with managers to schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Use work order ticketing software to track, organize, provide updates, and maintain history on submitted work orders
  • Maintains adequate inventory of parts needed to reduce equipment downtime
  • Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with Credit Union employees and co-workers
  • Responds promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring that each job is completed to satisfaction.
  • Maintains current knowledge of all banking equipment and systems
  • Ensures that all banking equipment is operational and in good working condition

Qualifications

Education



  • High School Diploma or GED



Experience



  • 1 - 3 years of similar or related experience
  • Two or more years of related experience working with ATMs, TCRs, alarms, access control, CCTV, and drive-up systems. To also include wire termination
