As a Technical Recruiter for AI Software, you'll partner directly with engineering teams to identify, attract, and assess world-class candidates acrossthe full spectrum of AI software development. From custom chipcodesign, to large-scale infrastructure, inference, deployment, and low-level programming, you'll scale the teams powering Tesla's most ambitious work.

• Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

• 3+ years recruiting experience in an in-house environment
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Advanced knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Proficient knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
