• Provides support for Windows 10, Macintosh OS X, and various releases of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  
• Troubleshoots hardware, operating systems, network, and supported application issues.
  
• Complete and document resolution of problem reports, and maintain on-line documentation.
  

• Required: none
  
• Preferred: Experience in computer support. Or
  
• Preferred: Experience with Mac OS X and any Linux variant.
  

• Applicant must be enrolled in a local university as a full-time undergrad college student with a GPA of 2.5 or better. Enrollment in a computer-related major preferred.
  
• Proof of full-time status and copies of transcripts are required prior to the interview (unofficial copies are acceptable).
  

• Excellent working knowledge of the Windows 10.
  
• Good working knowledge of local area network configuration.
  
• Good use of written and verbal instructions, understand and follow established computing policies, and have excellent communication skills both in writing and in speech.
