Your Role

Oversee the preventative and periodic maintenance required to optimize the whole of faclilities infrastructure & equipment. Lead and manage maintenance or contract providers to repair any equipment or facility failures that jeopardize safety or impact production.


Main Responsibilites

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;



  • Maximise facility and equipment uptime through effective planned, preventative and corrective maintenance across offices, labs, production and logistics.
  • Support SHE and Operations to improve risk ratings and deliver SHE objectives.
  • Lead maintenance programmes, including scheduling, procedures and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Own building systems (BMS) and oversee facilities, grounds and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage vendors and service contracts to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and parts availability.
  • Monitor performance (KPIs), drive continuous improvement, and support site projects, permits and infrastructure systems.


Your skills and experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or related discipline
  • Relevant Previous experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in building / property maintenance or related engineering field.
  • Experience with commercial / manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge areas/Skills
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and structural systems.
  • Prior experience utilizing facilities management software and preventive maintenance programs
  • Other requirements
  • Oral and written English communication skills with the ability to professionally communicate with diverse populations. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Well organized with attention to detail.

Benefits Summary & Salary:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Company Match, Paid Vacation, Paid Floating Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, Training and Development, Parental Leave, Disability Benefits, Life and AD&D Insurance. For US applicants in Massachusetts, a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 will be discussed based on experience and qualifications, ensuring equitable and transparent remuneration practices.
