As an Inclusion&Diversity Working Student, you'll play a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within our organization. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our I&D team, gaining hands-on experience in communication, content creation, and employee engagement. Your contributions will help shape a more inclusive workplace and drive our I&D initiatives forward.


  • Write and edit communication materials to promote I&D initiatives, engaging employees through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop inclusive content, raising awareness and understanding.
  • Create multimedia content, including videos and presentations, to effectively communicate I&D messages.
  • Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and execute diversity-focused initiatives and events.
  • Conduct research on best practices and industry trends in I&D, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to educate and engage employees on diversity topics.
  • Provide support in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.

Must-Have:

  • Strong interest in psychology, diversity, and inclusion, with a passion for creating an inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
  • Experience in video creation and editing, with a creative eye for engaging multimedia content.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion concepts and theories, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Availability of at least 4-5 hours per working day, with a commitment to integrating with the team and supporting projects.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, staying updated with evolving tools and processes in the I&D field.
