Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. This position is responsible for the delivery, pickup, and transportation of trash and recycling containers to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physical labor throughout the day.

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver and pick up trash and recycling containers at customer locations.
• Load, unload, and maneuver containers from the truck as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate completion of daily route paperwork and vehicle reports.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous box truck, delivery, or route-driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and use route information efficiently.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and climb in and out of the truck.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
