Burns is currently seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to join our team. SUMMARY The Vice President, Corporate Development is responsible for driving enterprise value creation through disciplined inorganic growth in alignment with the Burns' investment strategy. This role leads the endtoend mergers and acquisition lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution, working closely with Burns Executive Leadership, OceanSound Partners stakeholders, and external advisors. A critical focus of the role is ensuring that acquisitions contribute to sustainable EBITDA growth through strategic fit, operational leverage, and effective postclose integration. The Vice President, Corporate Development leads acquisition integrations to capture planned synergies, align operating models, strengthen financial performance, and accelerate achievement of valuecreation and exit objectives, while maintaining momentum in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
