Description
Position: Lakeside Lounge Concierge Schedule: Five (5) days per week with flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and additional days as operational needs require. Position Overview The Lakeside Lounge Concierge serves as the primary host for the Lakeside Lounge, delivering a refined, hightouch private club experience. This role is responsible for lounge access control, exceptional member service, food and beverage support, and maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all lounge areas. The Concierge must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to hospitality while supporting daily Food & Beverage operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Guest & Member Service
- Provide proactive, engaging, and courteous service to all members and guests
- Maintain a welcoming, calm, and servicefocused presence at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and service needs
- Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all memberfacing and private club areas
- Support a luxury club environment that is quiet, comfortable, and wellmaintained
Lounge Access & Facility Oversight
- Monitor and control lounge access to ensure entry by authorized members and associates only
- Conduct continuous walkthroughs of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain spotless appearance of lounge, patio, restrooms, seating areas, lockers, counters, mirrors, and fixtures
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to address maintenance or cleanliness concerns
- Report facility issues or supply shortages promptly to leadership
- Secure and lock all cabinets, refrigerators, and doors at closing
Food & Beverage Service Support
- Take food and beverage orders within the lounge and patio areas
- Accurately enter orders into the InfoGenesis POS system, including modifiers and special requests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, trays, beverage stations, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Prepare lounge areas each morning and ensure they remain stocked throughout the day
- Monitor inventory levels of snacks, coffee, hydration stations, and amenities
- Assist bartenders and outlet staff during events or highvolume service periods
Bar Operations & Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices
- Follow strict portion control standards; all pours must be measured using a jigger
- Execute beverage orders in the order received through the POS system
- Maintain accurate bar inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and cleanliness of all bar products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times
Member Privacy & Professional Standards
- Maintain absolute discretion regarding member presence, conversations, and personal information
- Respect privacy in locker rooms and changing areas; avoid unnecessary interactions
- Never disclose member activities or information to unauthorized parties
- Knock or announce presence when entering areas requiring privacy
- Immediately report safety concerns or inappropriate behavior to leadership
General Expectations
- Adhere to all Horseshoe Bay Resort policies, procedures, safety standards, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with property and health code standards
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to operational needs and workload changes
- Work collaboratively and maintain positive communication with leadership and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume service environment

Experience
Conducted routine walkthroughs, restocked supplies, reported maintenance issues, and collaborated with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure operational excellence. (required)
Supported Food & Beverage operations by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely service. (required)
Managed lounge access control, responded to member requests promptly, and upheld strict privacy and discretion standards at all times. (required)
