We are seeking a talented individual to join our Player and Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building robust pipelines, crafting sophisticated data models, and developing innovative data products that drive impactful outcomes. You will focus on scaling and maturing performance marketing capabilities within the studio, contributing to a broader initiative aimed at expanding and optimizing marketing data and insights. This position offers a unique chance to combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs, ensuring that security, data quality, reliability, and usability are paramount in delivering solutions that empower stakeholders.

**What You'll Do:**

* Build subject matter expertise across our business and data domains, collaborating closely with data consumers and stakeholders to understand their information needs and facilitate data access.

* Identify and analyze multi-structured data and metadata from diverse sources to select and document the most effective and accurate data for analytics requirements.

* Design data models, architect dataflows, and develop abstractions to deliver scalable solutions for analytics and machine learning, ensuring adaptability to evolving needs.

* Leverage modern data engineering practices and frameworks with an object-oriented approach to architect, build, and maintain automated data pipelines that transform data into clean, enriched, and accurate information.

* Advance our data infrastructure by developing frameworks, reusable components, and new capabilities to achieve our strategic mission.

* Enable the performance marketing strategy for our interactive entertainment platform through the development of relevant and robust data products.

**Qualifications You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analyst, or related software development work; OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, data analyst, or related software development work; OR equivalent experience.

* 2+ years of experience working as an Analytics Engineer or Data Engineer with regular business collaboration or equivalent on large enterprise systems.

* Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale data pipelines handling logs and event streaming data on Cloud Data Platforms using modern tools like Spark and Airflow.

* Proficiency with SQL and advanced skills with Python for data transformation and automation.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A critical thinker and problem solver with a creative and open mindset.

* A proven track record of building and optimizing analytic solutions and data products that deliver significant business impact.

* Strong data analysis and exploration skills to identify, select, and prepare data for analytics.

* Solid business acumen to effectively address business challenges through analytics engineering.

* Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices.

* Domain knowledge in interactive entertainment, either as an experienced player or an industry veteran.

**Compensation:**

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $115-120 Hourly, with openness to $132.87 Hourly for candidates who demonstrate strong senior-level experience.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
