The job responsibilities outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may evolve over time and be reviewed according to business needs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Gateway Operations Group (GOG) Intern provides operational support to the Gateway Operations team by assisting with defined operational workflows, data analysis, structured data entry, and quality assurance activities. This role is intentionally non operational and is designed to reduce administrative and analytical overhead for Gateway Operations Agents while improving data quality, process consistency, and operational readiness.

The intern works under close supervision in a mission critical, global environment and contributes through accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures rather than independent operational decision making.

The role directly supports SES Mission 30 objectives by strengthening operational discipline, improving data integrity, and enabling Gateway Operations teams to focus on service reliability and zero outage outcomes.
