About the Role: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role balances people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical oversight, partnering closely with product, platform, and cross-functional teams. Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $138,300 - 179,900 annually Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
